In order to improve the business environment of the province, the Government of the Punjab with its development partners has taken initiative for ease of doing business reforms and accordingly established business facilitation center (BFC) to provide requisite services delivered by different departments including LG&CD Department under one roof.
The BFC shall provide guidance and process the application of the investors for issuance of requisite RLOCs as detailed below:-

The departmental representative of LG&CD Department shall also remain available at BFC for guidance and immediate processing of the requests of business community within prescribed time frame to improve the business environment in the province.
